Returns
Goods purchased from the online shop may be returned within 14 days from the day you received them. You do not have to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Click the „I withdraw from the contract” button, complete the form and confirm. The button is in the footer of every page and in the order confirmation.
- We will send confirmation by email together with the return address.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of submitting the declaration.
We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the declaration, using the same payment method you used when placing the order. We may wait to issue the refund until the goods have reached us or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
Return costs and condition of the goods
If the goods are not faulty, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal was opened after receipt.
Faulty goods
You may submit a claim concerning faulty goods within two years of receiving them. Write to [email protected], including the order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund the money. We will reimburse the shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly sent goods.
